2) Help you to cultivate compassion and improve your general wellbeing through a number of easy exercises you can start doing every single day.
3) Tell you about great ways to make your life easier and more relaxed, with techniques and guides to making you feel better, sleep better, work better, and live better.

We’ll be tweeting most of our articles, as well as quotes and ideas that we find inspirational or meaningful. We won’t spam up your twitter feed with constant reposts of what we’ve written, and we won’t send you any rubbish that you don’t want – only content that we think is interesting and insightful.
We don’t have any advertisements, so it really does help massively to keep us going if you share our content and follow our twitter page.
